bchunk software package provides CD image format conversion from bin/cue to iso/cdr, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install bchunk
bchunk is installed in your system.
Make ensure the bchunk package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep bchunk *
You will get with bchunk package name, version, architecture and description in a table
